Home-Based Internet Work

“Supplement Your Income with Home-Based Work”, an article by Christine Durst and Michael Haaren, of Creators Syndicates on Page 1J of The Dallas Morning News in the December 5, 2010, edition suggests work you can do at home using the Internet. There are many such home-based opportunities posted on the Internet which can be found using Google or other search engines.
Two such services are: “Work-from-Home-Free Match Up Services, http://homeincomelocator.com/matchup/?publisher=GADT&sub_id=HILGKW25 and “Workonthe Internet.com”, http://www.workoninternet.com/business/home.html.

While I cannot personally recommend any of these sites, here sites that the article suggests:

1.    Ejury.com; jurytest.com:  Attorneys use the Internet to try cases using virtual mock juries.  You might be able to earn $ 5 to $ 50 for rendering your verdict.
2.    UserTesting.com; Userlytics.com: Site testers can earn money by answering question concerning sites under construction.
3.    Ticketpuller.com: You can be paid for going online and purchasing hard to obtain tickets for concerts, sporting events, and the like.
4.    Chacha.com and KGB.com: Home-based researchers can get paid for fast response to questions. I am told such sites may be helpful to students.
5.    Focusfwdonline.com and 2020research.com: How about joining an online focus group?
6.    MTurk.com: You can get paid for identifying objects in photos, videos or transcribing audio or giving personal opinions.

Please comment in this blog if you have actually performed at-work Internet work for money.  I am an online teacher and can recommend such positions.

Thanks!  Glyn
